Loving Life
I equated running with punishment I was a fat kid and was always made to run as punishment in school. It wasn't until I took it up about three years ago and lost about 90 lbs that I began to see it as something to enjoy and a way to have the fit body I never had before. Right now I only run a couple of times a week but I'd like to get really serious again and train for a half marathon. I've done a number of 5K's, an 8K, and a couple of 10K's, but never a half. Yet.
