... As you may have known by now, I am not a well-rounded athlete, so there are little things in life that do always get my attention, like the T.V. and other things.
Running could be my only means on how I would stay on healthy for the long term, that is if I don't always eat healthy like myself, but I still manage to maintain a healthy weight.
But I don't always get to do my running regime...
